In such a situation, the students also faced a lot of difficulty in reaching the school. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted heavy rains in many states of the country till September 4. Orange alert has been issued for many states. According to the Meteorological Department, the increased rainfall activity is likely to continue over West and Central India and gradually decrease thereafter.

The Meteorological Department has issued a rain alert for today in many parts of Delhi, NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Rajasthan.
Thunderstorm accompanied with rain and thundershowers at most places in Delhi (Lodhi Road, IGI Airport), NCR (Gurugram, Manesar, Faridabad, Ballabgarh, Noida, Greater Noida, Indirapuram, Loni Dehat, Hindon AF, Ghaziabad, Dadri) Is. This spell of rain is expected to continue for the next several days.
Along with this, Tosham, Meham, Hansi, Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri, Mattanhail, Jhajjar, Narnaul, Mahendragarh, Kosli, Farukhnagar, Bawal, Nuh, Gohana, Gannaur, Sonipat, Meham, Sohana, Hodal, Palwal and Khurja of Uttar Pradesh in Haryana. A rain alert has been issued in Mathura, Raya, Barsana and Nandgaon in the next few hours. Also, there is a possibility of rain in Rajasthan’s Biratnagar, Kotputli, Khairthal, Bhiwadi, Laxmangarh, Nadbai, Nagar, Bharatpur, Bayana, Alwar, Tijara, Deeg.
IMD has predicted rain in East Rajasthan till September 2. Heavy rain is predicted in Assam and Meghalaya on 1st September and Mizoram and Tripura during 3rd to 4th September.

Very heavy rain is likely over Gujarat state during 1st to 2nd September. There is a possibility of heavy rain at isolated places over Andaman and Nicobar Islands during 1st to 4th September. The IMD has predicted heavy to very heavy rains over Tamil Nadu and South Interior Karnataka during September 2 to 3 and at isolated parts of Coastal Andhra Pradesh during September 2 to 4. The Meteorological Department has predicted a strong thunderstorm with lightning at isolated places over West Madhya Pradesh, East Rajasthan and Haryana.
