Panic due to knocking of another variant of corona, can even dodge the antibodies found from the vaccine

All the countries of the world are currently battling with the delta variant of Corona that a new change in the virus has raised concern. The news agency PTI has said in its report that a new variant of Korana has been found in many other countries including South Africa which can be highly contagious. Scientists also say that the risk of this variant can be gauged from the fact that it can dodge even the antibody protection provided by the anti-Covid-19 vaccine.

Scientists from the National Institute for Communicable Diseases (NICD) and the KwaZulu-Natal Research Innovation and Sequencing Platform (KwaZulu-Natal Research Innovation and Sequencing Platform, KRISP) in South Africa said that this new variant of the corona, C. 1.2 (SARS-CoV-2 variant C.1.2 ) was detected in May. Since then till August 13, this variant of Corona has been found in China, Congo, Mauritius, England, New Zealand, Portugal and Switzerland.

Scientists also say that one of the variants of the virus that appeared during the first wave of corona in South Africa had more changes in C.1.2 (Coronavirus Variant C.1.2) than in C.1 Variant. Huh. This is the reason why this virus has been kept in the category of variant of interest. More mutations have been observed in C.1.2 (Covid-19 Variant C.1.2) as compared to other variants such as Variant of Concern. Scientists have warned that this variant of the corona can be highly contagious. It can also circumvent the protection mechanism provided by an anti-Covid-19 vaccine.

This information has come at a time when the World Health Organization has warned that more variants of corona may appear in the coming time. In the past, the WHO had warned that more dangerous variants of corona could spread around the world in the future. In such a situation, when the world is two-four due to the delta variant of Corona and hundreds of people are being killed every day… lakhs of cases are coming to the fore. Experts say that despite vaccination, there is a need to be extremely careful. WHO has also warned that this epidemic is not going to end from the world soon.
