People are raising slogans against terrorists as well as against Pakistan.
Amarallah Saleh has tweeted about the situation in Herat city. He said that people have also come out on the road against terrorists in Herat. Slogans of ‘Allah Ho Akbar’ are being raised here. Along with terrorists, people are also raising slogans against Pakistan. Slogans are being raised here, ‘Allah is not made by Pakistan.’
Saleh, a former director of the National Directorate of Security, has been vocal against Pakistan’s support for the Taliban. Saleh was one of the key members of the movement that fought the Taliban during the 1990s.
Taliban violence has escalated since the beginning of the withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan. The Taliban have intensified attacks on civilians and security forces. At the same time, Afghan officials have accused Pakistan of aiding terrorists. In contrast, Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that his country is not responsible for the actions of the Taliban.
