In the last 24 hours, 308 people have also died due to corona across the country. So far, a total of 4,40,533 people have died due to this epidemic across the country.

Currently, the number of active patients in the country is 4,10,048, which is 1.24 percent of the total cases. A recovery rate of 97.42 percent has been recorded in the country. In the last 24 hours, 38,091 people have been cured of the corona virus epidemic. So far, the total number of people who have recovered across the country has gone up to 3,21,38,092.

If we talk about Kerala, 29,682 new cases of corona positive were registered here during the last 24 hours. 142 people had died in the state. At the same time, a case of Nipah virus has been reported in Kozhikode district of Kerala amid the corona virus epidemic. In view of this, the Central Government has sent a team of NCDC to Kerala, which is reaching there today. The team will provide technical support to the state. A 12-year-old boy has died due to this virus.

At the same time, 4,130 new patients of corona virus were found in Maharashtra on Saturday and 64 infected people were confirmed to have died. The state health department said that the total cases in Maharashtra have gone up to 64,82,117 while the death toll has reached 1,37,707. Today 2506 patients have been discharged from hospitals, after which the number of people who have become infection free has reached 62,88,851.
